VolleySeries

Refund Policy All registration payments for the Bluejay VolleySeries are collected via Venmo or CashApp. Refund Timeline • Full Refund (100%) Refunds will be issued for team cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tournament start time. • Partial Refund (50%) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tournament start time will receive a 50% refund. Refund Cutoff Time • The 24-hour cutoff is 9:00 AM the DAY BEFORE each tournament/event date. Cancellations made at or after 9:00 AM the day before the tournament date are subject to the 50% refund policy. Additional Notes • No refunds will be issued for teams that do not show up on tournament day. • Refunds will be returned through the same payment method used for registration (Venmo or CashApp). • Tournament directors reserve the right to review extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Acknowledgment By registering for the Bluejay VolleySeries, teams acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
