Looking Back on March
__In the Lab
March was a strong month inside VolleyLab. Athletes continued to show up, stay consistent, and put in intentional work. The focus remains simple — high reps, skill development, and building confidence that translates into competition.
The consistency we’re seeing now is setting the tone for summer camps and the fall season that will be here before we know it!
__Beyond the Lab
VolleySeries continues to grow, and March was another strong step forward. We had a great turnout and a full day of competitive, high-energy volleyball in the gym.

Every tournament will continue to reinforce what VolleySeries is all about — creating a space where women can compete at a high level while staying connected to the game, to each other and to the next generation of female athletes.
Thank you to everyone who competed and contributed to VolleyScholar, helping invest back into the next generation of girls’ athletics. That piece matters, and it’s something we’re committed to continuing to grow.
We also appreciate Blend Ashland for being part of the day and supporting the event. Having local support behind what we’re building makes a difference!
__The Bluejay Inside Scoop
Spring training kicked off strong on Monday, March 30, and it’s been great to get back in the gym with this group. The energy has been high, and the focus has been clear early on.
We have three more training dates on the calendar before shifting fully into summer practices in June and team camps in July. This stretch is about building consistency, reinforcing fundamentals, and setting expectations for what’s ahead.
What gets built now will carry into the competitive season, and we’re focused on making the most of this time!
